Turnaround Time for Headshots:

•Orders without proofs: 2-3 days

•Orders with proofs: 1 day for proof / 1-2 day from proof approval

Turnaround Time for Comp-Cards:

•1 day for proof

•2-3 days from proof approval

Rush Orders:

•Next day rush: $20.00

•Same day rush: $25.00 (Order must be placed by 1pm, Comp-Cards cannot be same day rushed)

Payment:

•We require full payment or a 50% deposit at the time the order is placed

•We accept Cash, Check, or Charge (Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express)

•Orders will not be shipped without full payment, we do not bill customers or ship items C.O.D.

Order Splitting:

•Minimum to split orders is 25 of each image

•Black & White and Color versions of the same image count as separate images

•Business Card / Post Card special may not be split between multiple shots

Proofs:

•First two email proofs are complimentary, there will be a charge of $5.00 for each additional proof

•Proof approval must be returned before we will proceed with your order

•Hard copy proofs are available upon request

Resumes:

•Resumes must be submitted in Word .DOC, Adobe .PDF, or Works .WPS format

•We do not edit resume and we do not type resumes

•We do not keep resumes on file

•We are happy to add a thumbnail image to your resume but please be aware resumes are only printed in Black&White

Reorders:

•We keep images on file but only the images that we actually print, we will not have all your original images on file

•For reorders we assume all caption and paper surface information remain the same unless otherwise specified

Original Media:

•All original media (cd, film, print) will be returned with your order

•We accept cds, film, prints up to 8x12

Digital file specs:

•For best quality reproductions your files should be 8x10 @300 dpi or 2400x3000 pixels

•Minimum size for acceptable 8x10 reproductions is 1200x1500 pixels

•With Windows XP the best way to determine you file size is to hold your cursor over the thumbnail image in windows explorer

•All PC image files are acceptable but we prefer .JPG or .TIFF files formats

We will not intentionally violate anyone's copyrights. Due to deadlines imposed on our work we must assume the person submitting the work holds the copyright for use of the material unless otherwise clearly marked. The Purchaser of our services agrees to save and hold harmless and indemnify The Pixel Pusher for all expenses, costs, legal fees or judgments that may result from claims or lawsuits for copyright infringement.
